About Me

Regina Prosi-IgnonAnxiety, depression, relationship & communication issues all are road blocks to reaching your full potential of a meaningful and healthy life. Everyone experiences struggles and challenges in life that can sometimes lead to self-doubt, feeling over-whelmed, and/or a need for clarity.  I can help you reconnect with who you can and want to be.

In addition to working with adults, I also specialize in treating children & adolescents with clinical, behavioral, emotional, and academic struggles and adults transitioning to parenthood or an empty nest. I offer individual, family, and group counseling.  Because each client is unique with a unique challenge, treatment is tailored to fit you or your child’s needs. Therapeutic approaches include, but are not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Play/Art Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a PPS credentialed School Counselor for the state of California with 10+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, their respective parents/guardians, and both public and private K-12 schools building trusting relationships and connections, setting goals, developing interventions, and evaluating progress.
